Hey All,

Beginning today, Genus Order is rebuilding.  It will probably be several months before we are able to do any serious raiding, but raiding is no longer the purpose of this guild.  The purpose of this guild is to have fun and to support its members.  No matter what anyone tells you, raiding is not fun when you are forced to do it day, after day, after day.  It can be extremely fun to do if you only do it every so often, sort of like a planned vacation.  We will probably end up with members of every type of play style, and we will lose those members that want to power game to no end.  We are fine with that, and will be happy to accept them back as members once they learn what our long time members already know.

I'll be sending out the emails to all previous members, for whom I have email addresses, very shortly.  I only have the email of addresses of the last 35 members of the guild as we never migrated the info from the old web site.  I'll check with Sorak and Penance (Ayna) to see if they have the old user list.  Feel free to day Hi, and enjoy the game.

P.S.  If you are upgrading to Lich King from an old installation, make sure that you delete all of the *patch*.mpq files under the data folder and its sub-folders before you start.  If you don't, the patcher may not be able to upgrade the installation.
